Issuance Related Terms

Acceptance or rejection is entirely at the decision of the Turkish government. Entry is at the decision of the official at the Turkish airport who is the representative of the Turkish government. In case of refusal or entry into Turkish territory, we shall not be held responsible in any way. Issuance is subject to Turkish government regulations, they reserve the right to make any changes to it. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from delay in obtaining the visa to the applicant. We ensure that the information provided by the applicants remains confidential. Applicants are requested to check their grant letter the moment it is sent and contact us in case of any discrepancy. If travel is within the next 6 months, the approval letter will be emailed within 72 hours of submission. If your travel is after 6 months, wait for the date of travel within the time limit for issue of visa.
